Yes, you can change plans whenever you want. If you upgrade, you'll receive the new plan's credits immediately. If you downgrade, the change applies instantly and your balance adjusts to the new plan's maximum.
Credits are nuph.ai's internal currency. Each action (lead discovery, AI enrichment, message generation, etc.) consumes a certain amount of credits. Your plan includes monthly credits that renew every month.
On paid plans you can purchase additional credit packs. On the free plan, your credits renew every month. You can also upgrade your plan for more monthly credits.
